What's the BEST time?

London is a tourist hotspot year-round, so I recommend finishing the photoshoot before 10 AM to avoid the crowds. The early bird catches the worm—you won’t regret it!

Book Dircetly vs travel platform

The main difference is when you book directly with me, you’ll receive your photos within 2 days, edited photos will complete with retouching (removing strangers, trash, or distractions). Booking via Airbnb offers standard edits with longer delivery times and only color grading for edited photos.

They charge a high percentage of commission, so booking a package directly with me is a better value for you. ：）

Basic editing vs Fine editing

Basic editing refers to adjustments made to the exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, and color grading of the photos.

Fine retouching involves advanced editing techniques to enhance and refine an image, including skin smoothing, hair and makeup corrections, background cleanup, color adjustments, and other detailed refinements.

Booking Process

INQUIRY: You reach out to me here on my contact page or send me a direct message on Instagram. Tell me about your ideal photo session.
CONSULTATION + DECISION TIME
Once all the photo session details, including the chosen photo collection or session, price, and payment method, have been decided, I will send you a confirmation message. If everything looks good to you, you can proceed to make the payment by electronically submitting a 50% non-refundable deposit via debit or credit card or bank transfer.
Show up on the photo day.
The remaining balance for your session is due at the end of the shoot.
Once the remaining payment is received by the photographer, the processing of the photos will begin. The basic edited photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
You have the option to select the photos you would like to be included in the final editing process.
The delivery of the final edited photos will be scheduled based on the photographer's availability, with an estimated delivery time of within one month.

Reschedule / Cancellation

Clients are allowed to reschedule once, subject to the photographer’s availability.The new date must be agreed upon based on the photographer’s open schedule.
If the client fails to show up on the scheduled shoot day (no-show), rescheduling will not be allowed. A new booking will be required to arrange another session.
Cancellation／No Show : Deposit will NOT be refunded.

RAW images

We do not release RAW images to maintain quality control, ensure professional editing, maintain creative control, and protect copyright and ownership. We exclusively provide high-resolution JPG images as the final deliverables, without sharing any proofs or intermediate images.

Deposit

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the chosen package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The reservation of the date and time for your photography session will only be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. However, you may transfer the photography package to another person and complete the shoot within one year from the original scheduled photoshoot date.
The balance on your session is due at the end of your shoot.

Liability

The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session. The client is responsible for their own safety and the safety of any other individuals present during the session.
